Suyoo Tech (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website Cleanvid (the “Service”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
1. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. 1.2 Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
2. Payment, Credits, and Refunds
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Detailed rules are as follows:

- Usage: Processing videos requires “Credits.” The specific number of Credits required per video or per minute of processing is displayed on the Service interface. Credits are deducted immediately upon the initiation or completion of a task.
- Acquisition: You may acquire Credits via:
- Pay-As-You-Go: A one-time purchase of a specific amount of Credits.
- Subscription: A recurring monthly or annual plan that provides a periodic allotment of Credits.
2.2 Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Effect of Cancellation: Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
2.3 Refund Policy
We apply different refund policies depending on how Credits were purchased:
- A. For One-Time Purchases (Pay-As-You-Go):
- Used Credits: Non-refundable.
- Unused Credits: If you are dissatisfied with the Service, you may request a refund for the unused portion of your Credits. The refund amount will be calculated on a pro-rata basis (e.g., if you used 50% of your purchased credits, 50% of the payment amount is refundable).
- B. For Subscriptions:
- No Refunds for Current Period: Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing cycle (month or year), regardless of whether the Credits have been used.
- If you cancel, you will continue to have access to your credits until the end of your current billing period.
3. User Content and License
3.1 Ownership
You retain all rights and ownership of the videos you upload (“User Content”). 3.2 License to Us: You grant us a limited, worldwide license to process, host, and store your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., removing subtitles). 3.3 Retention: Processed videos are retained for 7 days and then permanently deleted, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable Use and Copyright Liability
4.1 Strict Copyright Disclaimer
You represent and warrant that you own the copyright to the User Content you upload, or that you have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and authorizations from the copyright owner to modify the video (including removing watermarks or subtitles).
4.2 User Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that you bear sole and full liability for any copyright disputes, legal claims, or damages arising from your use of the Service to remove watermarks, logos, or subtitles from videos. Suyoo Tech serves only as a technical tool provider and assumes no responsibility for your editing decisions.
4.3 Prohibited Actions You agree NOT to
- Process content that is illegal, defamatory, pornographic, or harassing.
- Use the Service to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party (e.g., removing “Netflix” or “Disney” logos from pirated content).
- Reverse engineer or attempt to disrupt the Service’s infrastructure.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service itself (excluding User Content), including its AI algorithms, code, and visual design, is the exclusive property of Suyoo Tech.
6. Service Availability and Indemnification
6.1 “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Suyoo Tech does not guarantee that:
- The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location.
- Any errors or defects will be corrected.
- The results of using the Service (e.g., quality of watermark removal) will meet your requirements.
6.2 No Compensation for Downtime
We do not offer financial compensation, refunds, or credit extensions for service interruptions, server downtime, or technical failures.
6.3 Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Suyoo Tech from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your violation of any third-party rights, specifically including Copyright infringement claims resulting from your modification of video content.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Suyoo Tech be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claims is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
