1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are strictly limited to unconsumed (unused) credits.

  • Refundable: If you purchased a credit package or subscription and have not used any credits from that specific transaction, you are eligible to request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Non-refundable: Once a credit has been consumed to process a video (subtitle removal, watermark removal, etc.), that portion of the transaction is no longer eligible for a refund, regardless of the output quality.

2. Why We Have This Policy

Our AI processing requires significant computational resources. Once a task is initiated and a credit is consumed, our servers have already performed the work. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds for credits that have already been used to process content.

3. Subscription Cancellations

If you are on a subscription plan:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your remaining credits until the end of your current billing cycle (unless otherwise specified).
  • Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for previous charges; it only prevents future renewals.

4. Technical Issues

If you encounter a technical failure where a credit was deducted but the service failed to deliver a processed video, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and, if verified, credit your account back with the lost amount or offer a manual fix.
